1. Why are micronutrients necessary for the body?
The daily diet should have two main parts: macronutrients and micronutrients. According to the results of the studies, most of us are severely deficient in micronutrients. Even for young people, even if we eat enough, we still do not have enough vitamins and minerals needed by the body.

2. Why is it difficult for the body to absorb nutrients from food?
Currently, there are many reasons for our food to be poor in quality, such as:
- The soil is degraded, or the food has to go through many stages of industrial processing, which has lost many substances.
- Because livestock and plants are running after productivity, they develop unnaturally and are unbalanced.
- Foods that contain a lot of toxins

These are toxins in vegetables and fruits caused by chemical fertilizers, pesticides, growth stimulants, substances that enter livestock such as weight gainers, drugs to prevent diseases, and chemicals used in the food industry.
Besides the factors of eating, the surrounding environment also affects health. Every day, our bodies are affected by:

Thanks to its antioxidant properties, it increases immunity to help body cells fight aging and helps supplement the body with vitamins and minerals that are essential organic groups that the body cannot synthesize on its own. Scientists also predict that functional foods will be the food of the 21st century.

Functional foods are intended to supplement nutrients and substances with functional effects that the body cannot provide or synthesize on its own. Some types of dietary supplements can replace meals when normal eating conditions are not available. Food supplements are prepared in a refined form, so they are convenient and easy to use, as well as preserving a variety of products that are suitable for each person's physical condition.
