Return/exchange policy

1. Scope of application
All customers who order products from https://ishoppingcare.com/ will receive a warranty commitment. If they are not satisfied with the product, they have the right to return the product and receive 100% of the money spent.
2. Return conditions
- Intact, well used.
- Time: within 30 days from date of purchase
- You are required to keep the original packaging and labels of the product when returning it
- The number of returns for a product is 1 time
- Products that cannot be returned: the return period has expired, is no longer complete, intact, is dented, the product is slightly scratched (Except for the cases of warranty denial mentioned above):
