Uses
- Supplies glucosamine to help lubricate joints, support joint mobility, and reduce the risk of osteoarthritis.
- Slows down the process of degeneration, joint deformation and creates mucus to help joints move easily.
- Promotes joint growth and stimulates cartilage production, thus causing joints to heal.
- Protects cartilage and prevents cartilage breakdown.
- Reduces inflammation and joint pain.

Directions for use
- 1 pill/time, 2 times/day.
- It may take up to 8 weeks before symptoms improve. For best results, continue taking the recommended dose.
- Should be taken with meals or after meals to reduce stomach upset.
Precautions
- Glucosamine may interfere with certain other medications, such as warfarin. Because when they combine, they increase the risk of dangerous bruising and bleeding.
- Glucosamine may decrease the effectiveness of certain medicines such as paracetamol (acetaminophen), chemotherapy drugs including doxorubicin, etoposide and teniposide, diabetes medicines including glimepiride, glyburide, insulin, pioglitazone and rosiglitazone.
- Consult your doctor before use if you have a medical condition, are pregnant, breast-feeding or planning to become pregnant.
- This product contains lactose. People with rare hereditary problems such as galactose intolerance, Lapp lactase deficiency or glucose-galactose malabsorption should not take this product.

- The maximum allowable dose for health foods is 1250 mg/day, medicine is 1500 mg/day.
